🔍 Overview:
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Technology & Innovation Associate to join a dynamic and future-focused team in New York. This position supports the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and plays a key role in managing day-to-day IT operations, supporting advanced tech solutions, and participating in strategic innovation projects, including the implementation of AI and automation in business workflows.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
🔧 IT & Systems Management
• Oversee and maintain audiovisual infrastructure (hardware/software/firmware)
• Manage local internet/network systems, including firewall and ISP tools
• Configure onboarding equipment and access for new employees
• Monitor backups (on-premise and cloud) for data integrity
• Support system security by reviewing cybersecurity scoreboards and taking preventive actions
• Offer real-time technical assistance to senior management
• Coordinate with MSP (Managed Service Provider) for escalated tech issues
• Maintain logs, user inventories, software licensing, and compliance documentation
• Assist with client meetings to ensure tech-readiness
🤖 AI & Innovation Enablement
• Collaborate within the cross-functional AI & Automation Task Force
• Evaluate emerging technologies and help deploy productivity-enhancing solutions
• Partner with the CTO in implementing agency-wide innovation projects

💡 Your Skillset:
Required:
• Strong understanding of both Windows and Mac OS environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Proven experience in multi-tasking within fast-paced, tech-heavy environments
• Located or willing to relocate to New York City
• Open to bi-monthly travel to Philadelphia for team collaboration
Preferred:
• Previous experience in small-scale IT management or tech/generalist roles
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation scripting
• Understanding of IT audits and compliance best practices
• Background in creative agencies, startups, or high-growth environments
