Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Advocate to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for users, providing fast and effective assistance via chat, email, and phone. Your goal is to resolve customer concerns efficiently and deliver exceptional service experiences.

You will also participate in team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and company-wide development programs to continuously enhance your skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers throughout their journey on our marketplace platform
  • Resolve inquiries quickly and accurately through live communication channels
  • Consistently meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
  • Foster trust and connection by offering empathetic, solution-focused assistance
  • Proactively address challenges using your expertise and sound judgment
  • Identify and communicate recurring issues and customer feedback to internal teams
  • Respond adeptly to new and urgent situations
  • Act as a strong advocate for customers, ensuring continuous service improvement
  • Perform additional tasks related to customer support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, preferably handling complex cases
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Proficient with digital tools and able to manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills for remote work
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing ambiguity
